Goals: Our Pre-Senior training group works to understand race page and strategy, as well as stroke tempo and the aerobic/anaerobic thresholds. This level emphasizes 100's and 200's with continued technical and efficiency training of all 4 competitive strokes. Our Pre-Senior training group masters drills with proper technique and efficiency, and understands the importance of dryland training.

Admittance Requirements: Admittance to all swim groups is dependent upon swimming ability as well as coaches' discretion. Swimmers in the Advanced group are expected to perform the following:​

  • 8 x 100 Freestyle on 1:40
  • 6 x 100 Kick on 2:10
  • 6 x 100 IM on 2:00
  • Good Training Ethic
  • Team Player
  • Ability to Set Short & Long Term Goals

Equipment: Items below are required. They must be purchased before the start of enrollment and must be brought to every practice.
