FALLDART SWIMMING 2020
Please note: Falldarts 2020 is full and we are not accepting any more on the waitlists. If you wish to have your name added to our email information list, please email email@example.com.
We have several swim options for Fall 2020. We offer Falldarts for swimmers in 2nd through 8th grade through Dart Swim Team. Additionally, offer classes for younger and novice swimmers through Dart Swim School.
As we still have not had confirmation from the City of Davis as to pool assignments for fall, there is a possibility that practice options and times may change. While we are hopeful that practice options will not change, we will notify you as soon as possible if we need to make any changes.
Falldart Programs offered through Dart Swimming
Swimmers joining Falldarts are added to our existing Dart Bronze, Silver and Gold practices. Swimmers must meet age and swim requirements. Practices are at Community Pool; they begin on Sept 8 and continue until Oct. 30. All practices are offered on a MWF or TTHF basis. We will be practicing safe social distancing for all programs. We have received permission from the Yolo County Health Department to have two swimmers per lane, and will be implementing this where appropriate, beginning with Gold and Silver.

Changes for all Dart programs due to COVID Regulations:
- No parents will be allowed in the pool area. Coaches will walk kids to and from the entrance and exit gates.
- Swimmers will be allowed into the pool area 5 minutes before their lesson. They must have their suits on as they will not have access to changing rooms.
- A porta potty will be available but we recommend all swimmers use the bathroom before arriving to the pool.
- Each swimmer will undergo a brief covid safety check when they arrive. For swimmers who cannot read questions will be asked verbally.
- Swimmers will exit immediately after their lesson is over.
- Each swimmer will have an assigned lane.
- Each swimmer must arrive with a mask on, and keep it on until entering the pool and upon exiting. Parents must also wear masks when dropping off and picking up their swimmers.
- Swimmers must also have goggles, as we can not loan goggles due to COVID safety rules.
****We have found all of these rules worked well this summer. Swimmers must be able to follow basic instructions and follow these rules at all times.
