The Registration Process
Before a new swimmer can register, they must complete a tryout with one of the team coaches. This tryout will identify the appropriate workout group for the swimmer's abilities. Swimmers can come to any regular scheduled practice to tryout.
Registration for returning members can begin at any time after you've been notified by the coaches of your Fall/Winter group assignment.
Registration fees cover the first month's practice fees (regardless of what day of the month you register on*) and the AAU Membership fee. Registration fees must be paid by credit or debit card. Once the registration process is complete, the website administrator must approve the swimmer.
Once approval is complete and the member is activated, it is important for you to go into your account and set up your monthly billing preferences. Monthly fees can be paid by credit card, debit card or ACH (automatic checking account withdrawal). Invoices are sent prior to fees being processed so you know ahead of time what you are being charged. Any returning swimmers who have a balance on their account from the last season will automatically be charged for all fees due at the time of registration.
* Please be aware of what date of the month you are registering. The system will automatically charge fees on the 1st of the next month.
SWIMMERS MAY NOT SWIM UNTIL THEY ARE REGISTERED!
