2015 State Results:

Sabrina Uriegas blew the roof off with a stirring rendition of the National anthem. 

The girls finished in a tie for 8th and the boys finished 9th. 
Savio swimmers broke 6 team records ( 3 individual and 3 relay) ,

70% of the swims were time improvements


 There were 3 second place finishes, Alec Hudson in the 100 Breast and

Natalie Reysa in the 50 and 100 free.


 Last day of practice before STATE.

Academic All State: Jaquin, Felipe, Stephanie, Sam and Sabrina all qualified with a 3.5 or higher!

Regional Results. All swimmers on the team placed in the top 8 in at least one event scoring points

for the team and earning a letter. 25/30 or 83% of the swims were best times! There were no DQs.

The girls placed 3rd and the boys place 4th.

 Regional top 3 finishers headed to State.

10/20/2014.The Savio Swim Team spent the morning at Mainspring School in downtown Austin.

This is a school for low income and underprivileged children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age.

The schools focus is family-cantered and provides an environment where children can learn

to become self assured and socially competent to excel in school and life in general.
