Meet Entry Help

Parents,

You may pay your meet entry fees online through the Auto Pay system.

Just click on the events tab, choose the meet by clicking "attend this event." Then in the menu choose YES sign my swimmer up for this event. The events will appear below. You can click on the events. Click here for more helpful meet information.

HOW TO ENTER YOUR SWIMMER:

Log onto our website.

Then click on the "events" tab.(PLEASE read meet information sheets to find out more about each particular meet. You can also ask a coach by e-mail if they feel your swimmer is ready for certain meets)

Click "attend this event" icon associated with the event you want to participate in

click the drop down menu and select "YES" sign my swimmer up for this event

once you click that, the events should appear below that option *if they don’t appear, that means that event is not ready to accept entries*

You may select events by checking the box at the FAR LEFT of the columns. You will see your swimmers entries times or a "NT" meaning they don’t have an "official" time in that event yet.

After you check all the events PLEASE scroll to the bottom of the page and hit SAVE CHANGES otherwise it will not enter your swimmer in the meet.

HOW TO CHOOSE EVENTS:

Sunrays:

Most of the time we will try to send home meet information sheets with Sunrays that include events circled for particular swimmers. If you don’t recieve this information and still have questions about what to enter your swimmer in, please feel free to e-mail their coach. You can contact your swimmer’s coach by clicking on the "coaches" tab at the top of your screen. You can also choose "yes" sign my swimmer up for this event and the coaches will choose your swimmers events for you (note: they will choose the maximum events).

Stingrays, Mantas and Eagles:

Most stingrays and up should be getting familiar with more events. They should sign up for different events so they can attend more meets that require times. Swimmers that are 11 and older should start swimming longer events like 200’s and 400’s. If you do have questions about what to enter your swimmer in, please feel free to e-mail their coach. You can contact your swimmer’s coach by clicking on the "coaches" tab at the top of your screen.
