This is our most advanced level of our age group program. In this group, swimmers will refine stroke mechanics and focus on conditioning and training consistently. They will also gain an understanding of good nutrition and proper recovery. Athletes will focus on setting short and long term goals throughout the season in order to better understand the process of the sport. Intermediate to advanced dryland routines are incorporated 4 times a week for 30 minutes to increase coordination and strength. Athletes need to wear t-shirt, shorts and gym shoes over their swimsuit for dryland. While this group is comprised primarily of our 11-14 year old swimmers, there will be some 15 year old swimmers on this group.
Expectations: 4 practices per week, 1 meet per month

Short Course (Fall/Winter/Spring Schedule): Monday through Friday from 3:55 – 6 p.m.
Long Course (Summer Schedule – when school is out): Monday through Friday from 7:45 – 10:30 a.m. Saturday from 5:45 - 8:30am.
Equipment Needed Team suit, Fins (Sporti floating fin), Speedo Snorkel, Speedo Power Paddles, Kick Board, Mesh Bag and Water Bottle.
