WVA Competitive Swim Practices

During practices we require that all athletes who wear a swim cap, wear a team cap. If you don't have a team cap or forget to bring one to practice we ask that you turn your cap inside out so that it is blank.  We are doing this in an effort to put forth a strong team image.

Also we require that all swimmers to have their own equipment. This consists of a pair of fins, kick board, mesh bag, paddles, pull float, and snorkel.
