Cudas 1

Cudas 1 Group

Group Description:

The Cudas 1 group is a training group of 11-14-year-old swimmers that will focus on improving on the technical side of the sport along with an introduction into more advanced training sets. The Cudas 1 group will serve 13-14-year-old swimmers who are new to the sport, swimmers who have advanced out of the Cudas 1/Silver groups, and swimmers who are unable to make the group requirements in the Gold/Platinum group due to other sports and activities. Developing a love and passion for the sport of swimming will be a common goal for all Cudas 1 swimmers.  An emphasis will be placed on endurance training, IM sets, use of equipment, introduction to race strategies, goal setting, and dryland training. There will also be a daily emphasis on kicking and technique work. This group is a great fit for swimmers who are involved with multiple sports and other activities and have a desire to stay in the water while participating in their other activities that they have a passion for.
