From Hampton/Newport News: Take I-64 west to the Ft. Eustis Blvd./Ft. Eustis exit. Continue straight on Ft. Eustis Blvd. until you reach the base. Those without DoD decal and ID need to go through the visitor's gate on the right side to get a pass. (This is usually not necessary on days of swim meets.) Once through the gate, go straight, take the second exit on the traffic circle. The aquatic center is on the right side, accessible from Tyler Ave. More parking is available further down Tyler Ave.

From Newport News/Williamsburg:Take I-64 east to the Jefferson Ave. exit. Take Jefferson Ave. east. Go 10 lights down and make a right onto McLawhorne Dr. The aquatic center is on the left.

Tidewater Advanced Training, conducted at the Tidewater Performance, is an intense, comprehensive workout for our senior swim athletes. Using authentic sport conditioning methodology, this program focuses on speed and agility, power and explosiveness, movement mechanics, strength and cardiovascular training. Various sport specific drills progress athletes through challenges that prepare them mentally and physically to perform their best. This open architecture approach maximizes every athlete’s performance, health and fitness potential. From Hampton:  Take I-64 east towards Williamsburg 48 miles.  Merge onto VA-30 north via Exit 227 toward Barhamsville/West Point.  Turn right onto Farmer's Drive.  Turn right onto Eltham Road/VA-30/VA-33.  Continue to follow VA-33 east.  Turn left onto George Washington Memorial Highway/US-17/VA-33 east.  Continue to follow US-17 north/VA-33 east.  Turn right onto Gloucester Road.  Turn right onto General Puller Highway/VA-33 east.  Turn left onto VA-3/Grey's Point Road.  Continue to follow VA-3 west.  Turn left onto Harris Road.

From Peninsula: Take I-64 to the Hampton Roads Center Parkway exit and go west. Get in the far left lane and make a left at the light (Big Bethel Rd.). Turn left onto Todd's Lane. The pool entrance is on the right, across from Davis Middle School, just before the apartments.

This pool is equiped with pool heaters and covers which allows it to be used from mid-April to the end of October.

From Peninsula: Take Rt 17 North towards Gloucester. After passing over the Coleman Bridge, continue north for about 29.5 miles. Turn right onto Town Bridge Rd. At the end of the road, turn right onto Old Virginia St. Turn left onto the street just before the Urbanna Market, Grace Ave. Continue straight until you get to the stop sign. The pool parking lot is straight ahead.

From Norfolk: Take I-64 west to the LaSalle Ave./Armistead Ave. exit. Take the second exit (265A) and stay to the left. Make a right at the stop sign onto Armistead Ave. Take Armistead Ave about 1/4 mile, just beyond the I-64 overpass. Make a right onto Owen St.
From Newport News/Williamsburg:Take I-64 east to the Rip Rap Road exit. Bear right on the exit onto Rip Rap Road. At the light, make a right onto Armistead Ave. Go about 1/2 mile and turn left onto Owen St. If you go under the I-64 overpass, you missed the turn.
