    * Please come prepared with running shoes and dryland clothes to each outdoor practice. If the outdoor water temps are too cold, we will substitute with extra dryland. All swimmers should bring water bottle or gatorade to outdoor practices. Swimmers need to help with lane lines on their designated            days unless parents have provided a legitimate reason to coaches why the swimmer cannot help. We are looking forward to another great summer!
