Thursday 3/19/20

It is GORGEOUS outside. Today's challenge is to go for a 30 minute walk, run or bike ride!!

If you can find some stairs, run the stairs 5 x (10 times if they are shorter)

3 x 10  box jumps

3 x 10 push ups (modified if needed)

3 x 10 burpees

3 x 10 Inch Worms

3 x 10 Cartwheels (yes, seriously)

3 x 10 Mountain Climbers

3 x 10 Donkey Kicks

Finish with the stretch video from yesterday. It's a great day to be active!!!

 

Week of 3/23-3/27

30 minute walk / bike ride / run  -- Try mixing up intensity... 2 minutes easy, 30 seconds hard.

Upper body activities: Repeat 3 times                     3 x 10 Push ups or Pull ups

                                                                                1 Minute low plank

                                                                                3 x 10 Burpees

                                                                                1 Minute high plank

 

Dryland to improve breaststroke: Skip exercise #2. Try 3 x 10 for everything else.
