Our Senior/National Program is structured to produce outstanding swimmers and student leaders through intensified training and skill development. The coaches’ standards of commitment and attendance will apply throughout the year.

Our goal is to reach National prominence by developing a cohesive, dedicated group of student/athletes.

This group is designated for swimmers who are interested in swimming for their local High School team only instead of swimming year round. We will work on conditioning, starts, strokes and turns.

This group will also cater to Masters swimmers and Tri-Athletes looking to maintain aerobic conditioning while improving upon stroke technique and race specific strategies.

This group will be divided by ability, effort, practice consistency and meet participation. This group will be guided towards seasonal goals, good work ethic, continued stroke and technique development and a love for racing.

This group is set up for developmental swimmers who are not able to come to earlier practices because of their parent’s work schedule or other obligations. We will teach the four basic strokes plus underwater kicking, proper breathing and building stamina.

These swimmers will not be required to participate in meets unless they choose.

This is our top 8 & Under training group. We will continue to build on stroke mechanics and technique work, while adding moderate training to their program. This group will emphasize bi-lateral breathing, prober streamlining and turns including back to breast, under water kicking and proper starts; all the while developing a love for the sport of swimming.

This group will work with stroke technique, turns and starts while adding drills. Swimmers must be able to do 3 out of the 4 competitive strokes for 25 yards.

Swimmers will learn water safety and basic stroke fundamentals

This group will also focus on stroke technique, turns, starts as well as having a little fun.

Swimmers will be broken up into groups of 5 or less with and individual coach per group.
