"Janika started with SNOW at age 7 in the fall of 2009 and Micaela started at age 6 in the winter of 2013. Both are thriving under the guidance of Coach Jim and his talented staff. Looking back, I realize that their experiences have been overwhelmingly positive, even during the transition period when the team searched for a head coach. SNOW has been fortunate to have a staff not simply possessing a high swimming IQ, but a real love for the sport, too. In his second year, Coach Jim has a hand firmly on the team tiller after mastering the challenge of imposing a new developmental structure and fostering more team cohesiveness than I’ve seen during my time as a SNOW parent. In a region with an overabundance of training options, I am pleased to see the excitement taking hold of our youngest to our oldest swimmers at all levels being displayed no less by our once-a-week, Sunday stroke clinic members. It’s a great time to be involved in SNOW swimming – the future really IS now!"

"I know SNOW has the best team for swimming and I love how the team works so well together and everybody always improves when they swim with SNOW. The swimmers improve so much because the coaches that are with SNOW are exceptional and I hope to spend many more years with SNOW Swimming."

- Kim Seck (Ida Lee, Junior Level Parent)
"We'd had one of our kids on the Snowbirds since 2004. The team and the coaches have become part of the family. And the hard work they do at practice has made them better students too!"
- Ed Milenski
"This is our first year with SNOW. We are enjoying it so much at both practices and our first meet. We really appreciate all the coaches for all their hard work."
"I found that snow team is awesome that gives my son strong swimming technique and discipline which he did not have it before."
- Andrew's mom
"As a first time SNOW family, we could not be any happier that we made the commitment to join the team! With only a little over a month in, we haven been so impressed by the coaches and staff of SNOW. SNOW definitely recognizes the strengths and weaknesses of each individual swimmer, and caters to everyone's level, making it a positive experience for all. By having clear communication from the coaching staff, we are able to "be in the know",rather than having any guesswork. We look forward to seeing our son benefit from all this, and know that his skills and dedication to the sport will greatly increase because of all of you."
- The McLaughlin Family (Christian JR B)
"Our three (3) kids joined SNOW Swimming after our family moved from Florida in 2007. The past seven (7) years with SNOW has truly been a positive & influential part of their lives, and continues to be. The work ethic & success our children learned from SNOW is seen not just in the swimming pool, but has carried over to success in the classroom, and will be with them for life. Equally important, the friendships forged will last a lifetime. Kudos to Teresa, Coach Jim & the entire SNOW coaching staff – awesome program !"

"This is my daughter's first year with the SNOW Program. She absolutely loves it. She is learning new strokes and says she is now swimming as fast as a dolphin. I love that her passion for such a wonderful sport continues to grow and she is able to continue swimming during the winter months with SNOW."
- Jennifer Tribino (mom of Alyssa JAG B)
"Snow is the most personalized swim team with coaches helping each swimmer achieve their goals!"
- Peggy Burkley (JR G CM)
"SNOW has been an excellent experience for us and our 9 year old daughter. The coaching staff is dedicated, friendly, motivating, and very knowledgeable. They provide superb guidance to young swimmers on how to succeed during swim meets and help them to improve each time. In addition to stroke specifics, SNOW's coaching methods take into account age, experience, and even injury prevention. They are great with the kids and sincerely enjoy watching each swimmer reach their own personal best. We even love seeing all the coaches dressed in "SNOW Orange" during meets, because they are very visible to the kids and parents and it gives the team a united feeling. We are very happy and proud to be part of the SNOW family."
- Robb Solderholm, dad of a JR swimmer at CM.
"The girls are doing really well at the meet. One minus 2 seconds in 50 Fly adn the other minus 8 seconds in the 100 Breast. Hi five to the girls, they are awesome."
- Leon Bernal
"My son likes Snow because he is making new friends quickly and has gotten faster as a swimmer, too. I like Snow because all the coaches know all the swimmers, and they make it clear that enjoying the sport is every bit as important as swimming fast. Snow has enabled our son to follow his passion for swimming and grow as an athlete while keeping it fun for him."
