Unfortunately, because of our limited class availability and the number of students in our program, we are unable to provide make-ups or lesson credits for missed classes. This includes, but is not limited to, missed classes due to family scheduling conflicts, vacations or being mildly sick. We apologize for this inconvenience.
If you know ahead of time that you have a schedule conflict with your child’s swim lesson and are interested in permanently moving to different day and time, please contact an administrator at your location. We would be happy to take a look at our current availability to see if we can accommodate to your family’s schedule.
