Varsity Swimming                                                                   

Entry and participant’s requirements:
Ages: 13 and over
Perquisite: Varsity swimmers must be able to swim all 4 of the competitive swim strokes, starts and turns legally The Varsity level swimmer will emphasize and improve stroke technique, anaerobic and Aerobic development along with year around swim training and competition.
Varsity Training and Competition Goals:
·         Improve overall fitness level and strength training
·         Improve all 4 of the competitive strokes, starts and turns
·         Compete in 1 meet per month (average)
·         Increase Anaerobic and Aerobic capacity
·         Training Trip
·         Travel Meet
·         CCS Qualifying
·         JOs
·         Far Westerns
·         Prelim and Final Swim Meets
·         Swimming in College
Daily training equipment:

Winter Practice Times
September through May:
Monday through Thursday 4:30-6:30pm (Short Course)
Friday 5:00-6:30 am (Short Course)
Saturday 7:00-9:30 a.m (Long Course)
Dryland Monday and Wednesday 6:30-7:30 p.m (Coach JAH)
Summer Practice times
May through August:
Monday through Saturday6:30 a.m.-8:45 a.m. (Long Course)
Tuesday and Thursday4:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m. (Short Course)
Monday and Wednesday: Dryland 6:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
Attendance requirement: 80-100%
