What to Expect
This group will focus on training towards targeted competitions and developing broad skills (multiple events, strokes). Practices will work towards progressive aerobic development, skill refinements, intense interval training, and cyclical energy system training. Swimmers will work towards progressive training, physical intensity, challenges with groups, friends, collective experiences (practices, meets, trips, camps) and work towards long term goals. Will compete in local, regional and national competitions. Competitive year focuses on a few specific meets.
