What to Expect
This group will work on technical improvements and learning to “train” and gaining competitive experience. Practices will be to increase aerobic fitness and development, progressive challenges, instructions and skill development. Swimmers will learn the pride in results of hard work and setting and working towards long term goals. Having fun with friends, and experiences that you do together. Will compete in local, regional, and possibly national competitions. When swimmers start with the group all meets tend to be about the same, at the upper end of this group certain meets have more weight than others.
