Practice Groups

*All group placements are based on objective standards (time standards, legal strokes) AND head coach approval. Group placements are based on the child's physical & emotional maturity, peer groups, family, and most importantly--the long term growth of the athlete. Coaches will always place long-term development over short-term reward.

*If you have questions about which practice group your swimmer should be in, please contact Coach AJ Lerner at [email protected]

*Although competing in meets is not a requirement for any group, we highly encourage swimmers to compete in them as it could allow them to further develop their skills and potentially move up to a different swim group.
