Online Account Access & Billing
Once your payment is received, we will activate your online team account. You will access this account from our website (southcentralswim.com). Login instructions will be e-mailed to you once your account is activated. You should login right away to verify your account information is correct and enter your insurance and emergency contact information. If you do not receive the e-mail with your login information, please let us know right away ( firstname.lastname@example.org ).
The online account is used to sign up for meets, volunteer shifts at our home meets, and much more. It is important to become familiar with the site. The SCST website is the primary source of communication for all purposes. A verified e-mail address is required for all contact by SCST. If your e-mail is not verified, you will not receive invoices or e-mails from SCST.
You will receive a monthly bill for any outstanding balances. Please don’t rely on the SCST website account information, as this is not always accurate. If you have any billing questions, please contact our Treasurer, Todd Sitter ( email@example.com ). Any balances should be mailed to the following address and NOT given to coaches on deck:
