Attention High School Meet Hosts and Officials!

In order for High School Championship meets to be loaded into SWIM's, Form B must be received 10 days prior to start of meet - http://www.teamunify.com/wzaslsc/UserFiles/File/Form%20B(2).pdf
For non-season culminating meets (such as the Valley Invite) you will need to submit Form A at least 10 days prior to start of meet - http://www.teamunify.com/wzaslsc/UserFiles/File/Form%20A(1).pdf
