Our Senior level training group for swimmers who are 13 & Over. In the Senior group, swimmers are expected to make the transition from Age Group, to Senior level swimming.  A great emphasis will be placed on technique, training, and race strategy. Swimmers will focus on achieving Invite, Junior Olympic, and above time standards. Attitude, effort and attendance are heavily taken into consideration when making the move to the Senior group. In addition to have having 75% attendance, swimmers must be able to complete the following test sets –

Test Sets

10 x 100 Freestyle on the 1:20 base

5 x 100 IM on the 1:30 base


Practices will range from 2.5 to 3 hours and will include dry land training 3 days a week. There will be a minimum of 7 workouts a week with occasional morning workouts offered.  In addition to attending practice, Senior athletes are required to attend competitions that the swimmer and the coach determine are best for that athlete. If an athlete is not able to attend an agreed upon meet, the coach must be notified ahead of time.

Practice times:

Monday/Wednesday/Friday Dryland 5:30-6pm, 6-8:15pm
Tuesday/Thursday 6-8:15pm
Saturday 8-10:30am, 3:45-6:15pm
