Your monthly invoice/billing history is available online 24/7. Billing estimated summaries are emailed approximately 7-10 days before the first of the month (they may change due to meet entry fees/travel fees). Invoice payments are due the first day of the month prior to training, and considered late if received after the 10th.
If you would like to speak individually with your coach, contact them by sending an email to them or set up an appointment with your coach to meet before or after practice. We believe in open communication with our members, so don't hesitate to ask.

Our website, www.rattlerswimming.org, is updated on a regular basis with information on the front home page. Please check the RATTLER NEWS and/or MEETS/EVENTS section of our website as it will contain information about practice schedule changes, meet information, team fundraising, and other important information.
We also provide social networking communication through the official RATTLER SWIM CLUB FACEBOOK page and our Rattler_Swim_Club Instagram page. Follow us throughout the swim season by clicking on the FACEBOOK and Instagram icons on the bottom left side of the RATTLER's official website, www.rattlerswimming.org! Remember, all members sign a photo/video release form, so if you would like your child omitted from any posts please let us know.
