Practice Structure

This season Neptune Practices will be divided up based on swimming ability. This is done so our coaches can provide the best education and exercises for all of our swimmers. Swimmers can attend the practice time that they would like to try and be placed into. Swimmers are more than welcome to swim down a level if they cannot make it to the practice they are placed in.

Periodically throughout the season we will reassess any swimmer that would like to move up a practicePractice criteria are subject to change throughout the season based upon the improvement and ability level of that group.
