Coach Lori Nagy is a Physical Therapist who specializes in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. She began her swimming career at an early age and competed in age group competitions, high school, college (Slippery Rock University), and at the Masters Level.
Coach Lori began coaching for the Piranhas in 2012 when her daughters began competing at the age of 12 and 4. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the Piranhas swim team. She is a USA Swimming certified coach.
Coach Lori lives in Homer City with her daughters, Megan and Morgan.
Coach Jenn Reiter is a teacher at Elderton Elementary School. She has been involved in swimming since she was young and swam competitively through elementary and high school. After Coach Jenn graduated from IUP, she coached Derry Area High School Swimming and Diving. Her experience comes from swimming competitively, learning from great coaches, and working alongside even better ones. She has been in education and involved in coaching various sports since 1996. She became involved in the Piranha Swim Team in 2015 as a volunteer. Coach Jenn’s favorite stroke is breaststroke!
Coach Jenn and her husband, Keith, live in Indiana with their three children, Jacob, Addison, and Ben. They are involved in skating lessons and hockey, as well as swimming.

Coach Heather Reed is the Executive Director of the Indiana Healthcare Foundation. Coach Heather swam in high school, and she also competed in cross country and track. She continued running in college at Lock Haven University. She continues to pursue her passions as she now competes in sprint triathlons.
Coach Heather began coaching for the Piranhas in 2014. When not coaching swim, she also coaches softball.
Coach Heather is also the First Vice President of the YMCA Board of Directors and serves as the Chair of the Board of Governance at the YMCA. She also serves on the IUP Alumni Association Board of Directors, United Way Allocations Committee, and is a member of the VNA/Hospice Advisory Board. Coach Heather lives in Indiana with her husband, Dave, and their three children, Joshua, Gracie, and Ellie.
Coach Kim Hartle is a preschool teacher at Seeds of Faith Christian Academy. Coach Hartle grew up in St. Marys, PA, just a stone’s throw from the community pool. It was there that she developed her love for aquatics that has lasted…decades. She started swimming competitively in junior high school and lifeguarded and taught swimming throughout high school and, in college, spent her summers at the pool at Camp Jumonville and the Lake Chautauqua waterfront. Coach Hartle has been with YMCA organization for 35 years, starting as an Assistant Aquatics Director in Montgomery County, MD. She moved to Indiana in 2000. She has coached for Indiana High School as the assistant swim and head diving coach. She lives in Indiana with her husband, Mike. Her three adult children: Nate, Noel, and Faith, have all participated in swim and dive. Coach Hartle is excited to be a part of the Piranha organization once again.
