Training Groups

Daily practices now separate swimmers into training groups according to their skill levels.  This will give a better Coach-to-Swimmer ratio allowing for your swimmer to progress more efficiently.  Training groups are separated into five different categories; Novice, Beginner, AG2, AG1 and Senior.  Throughout the season swimmers will be evaluated and rearranged, as needed, in order to keep them challenged.
