Club Kick Start Lessons
Club Kick Start is excited to be hosting group swim and private swim lessons at two locations this summer, Hope Valley Country Club and Briar Chapel.
Please purchase lessons by the Saturday in advance of the lesson. Purchases can also be done on deck with the coach if there is availability.
GROUP LESSONS: In order to hold a group lesson for the week, the class needs to have at least 2 swimmers registered. You will be contacted the Sunday prior to your lesson if there are not 2 swimmers registered and you will be given the option of rescheduling, converting your package to 2 private lessons, or receiving a refund. There will be no make up classes for swimmer illnesses or cancellations. If there is a swim meet scheduled during your class time, your class will be made up on Friday.
PRIVATE LESSONS: Private lessons can be rescheduled 48 hours in advance. There will be no make-ups for private lessons unless weather or coach affected the ability to host the lesson.

Welcome to Club Kick Start Lessons Registration! The registration process is simple for both new and returning families. You’ll get access to your own private account to view/edit your contact information and current and past class histories. To Register:
Tadpole 1: Designed for children who have little or no swim experience. Children in this group will learn to become comfortable in the water experimenting and developing foundational skill for swimming. Children may or may not have confidence putting face in the water. Ages 3 and up.
Tadpole 2: Children at minimum can put their face in the water and swim a short distance of the pool independently and/or have graduated from Tadpole 1. Children in this group will work on independent swimming and basic foundations of forward motion horizontal swimming, floating, kicking, and arm rotations both on front & back. Ages 3 and up.
Swim Team Prep
Junior Swim Team Prep: Designed for children who can swim a quarter of the pool and/or have graduated from Tadpole 2. Children in this group will work towards early foundations of freestyle and backstroke. Children will increase their confidence and endurance in the water. The goal is to be able to swim a lap of the pool in freestyle and backstroke. Ages 3 and up.
