SCAT Learn to Swim participants will be taught a skill progression to foster a love of the sport while learning an important life skill. All lessons will be run as a block of 8 class sessions. Fall classes will run Tuesday & Thursdays for four weeks. Each lesson is 30 min in duration with a class size of 6 or less. The cost for an 8 lesson session is $125, with an annual registration fee of $25.
Students need only have a swim suit (one piece or tankini for girls) and a pair of goggles. Swim shirts are not recommended as they weigh swimmers down in the water and prevent them from doing skills properly. Girls are recommended to tie up their hair or wear a swim cap to keep their hair out of their face.
We have tried to make the registration process as simple as possible. Please read through the class skills when registering your child. Children are grouped by age and skill to ensure a fun learning environment. If you have any questions, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
