Technique and Conditioning
This class is designed to continue the stroke development of young swimmers in a fun, summer swim team-like environment. A typical practice will consist of stroke work through drills that target two or three specific weaknesses, sets that allow the swimmer to apply the techniques taught by those drills, and fun activities like relay races and other games. Students entering this class can do all four strokes the length of the pool, as well as a basic flip turn and start.
