Parent & Me Classes
Designed for our smallest swimmers, these classes empower parents to engage in an aquatic experience with their little ones, with emphasis on safety and exploration of the many ways we can start to teach little ones the fundamentals of swimming.
Terrific Twos Classes
This class is the next step from Parent & Me classes and a natural progression for little ones who are asserting independence from parents. These semi-private lessons offer individual attention and peer interaction in a positive environment without parent participation. Swimmers learn water safety skills and work on balancing comfort and confidence with swim ability.
Our small group classes are a great option for kids from beginner three year olds to children who are swimming but need more work on balance and breathing. Each group class has no more than 4 swimmers so we can give each child individual attention while also offering positive peer interaction. There are four different group options to choose from so check out the options and decide which one works best for your child's needs.
Private Swim Lessons
Private lessons are for swimmers who need a bit more individual attention to overcome whatever obstacle that is standing in the way of moving forward with learning to swim.
Team Prep is designed to bridge the gap between learning to swim and competitive swimming. Swimmers in these groups continue to get the individual attention while being offered greater challenges as they develop swimming skills and confidence. Team Prep participants are offered opportunities to compete, with a Championship meet at the end of the season.
Summer Swim Prep
This group is for swimmers who want to get a jump-start on swimming for the summer Swim season. Swimmers will be challenged with endurance training and will practice starts, turns and racing tips to create a smooth transition into the summer league season.
Group Requirement: swimmers in this group should have a basic understanding of the four competitive strokes and should be able to swim multiple 25s in a row.
