Welcome to the Upper Dublin Aquatic Club Electronic Registration platform for our upcoming Lil' Dragons Spring Swim School! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and registration. The process is simple for all members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily maintain your account profile, contact information and more.
Lil' Dragon Swim Lessons:
Summer Registration II is now open. Lessons will be offered on Monday and Wednesdays from 5:45-6:15pm. Lessons begin July 11th through July 25th.
Each lesson is 30-minutes in length.
Lessons are for ages 3 and up with an average group size of 4-6 participants.
The fee for the summer session will be $60. A one-time payment in full at time of registration will be required.
There are 3 levels being offered based on the child's existing experience. A description has been provided below, please register your child for the appropriate level. Lesson supervisors reserve the right to place a child in an appropriate level as necessary.
If there is a cancellation, due to facility closure or unavailability, registrants will be notified no later than 5:30pm the day of lesson. Registrants will be given a make-up date for the cancellation when that date is known.
Level 1 – Bubbles, Floats, and Glides
Swimmers learn how to blow bubbles, open their eyes, submerge their face, and basic air exchange.
Swimmers learn to Front Glide and recover and Back Glide and recover for 5 seconds. Back and Front floats are learned along with Streamline bobs.
Level 2 – Kicking and Crawl
Front kick streamlined, and Back kick streamlined for 15 feet. Swimmers learn Porpoising, Dolphin kick, and body balance, all of these skills are needed to be a proficient swimmer.
Swimmers will learn the “Side Glide Kick” for 20 feet. The Crawl stroke is taught and swimmers swim for 20 feet. Swimmers learn the safety skill of Rollover–front to back, back to front and how to call for help while on their back. Somersaults both forward and back are learned, along with Finning, sculling, and Backwards bobs.
Level 3 – Freestyle and Backstroke
Breathing for the Crawl stroke is taught, and swimmers will learn to swim using side breathing for a minimum of 4 breaths. Double somersaults and handstands are introduced to teach breath control basics for turning and diving.
Swimmers will learn to swim Backstroke for 30 feet, and treading water for 1 minute. Jumping, Sitting Dives, Kneeling Dives, and Standing Dives are taught.

Private Swim Lessons:
PRIVATE SWIMMING, DIVING AND WATER POLO LESSONS at the Upper Dublin High School Natatorium
The School District of Upper Dublin and Upper Dublin Aquatic Club (UDAC) have partnered to provide private lessons for both swimming and diving.
Lessons will be one-on-one with an experienced instructor who is a member of the UDAC Coaching Staff, the District Coaching Staff or the District Community Aquatics Staff.
