The Greater Columbus Swim Team of Ohio Is Happy To See You!
BEFORE REGISTERING: PLEASE READ THE "REGISTRATION INFORMATION" SECTION OF OUR 2017.2018 YOUTH LESSON BROCHURE OR OUR 2017.2018 ADULT LESSON BROCHURE. Please do this to better understand this process and how to determine pool locations, what is offered at each pool and how to choose a class level for your participant.
1 - Click on the desired PROGRAM tab at the bottom of the page (group lessons, semi-private lessons or private lessons). Only that which is offered at that location will show up as an option.
2 - To search for a particular location please use the LOCATION FILTER . To see all locations simply keep this marked as "ALL Locations".
3 - Look to the bottom of the page and click on the SUB-PROGRAM (name of the class).
4 - Under the SESSION FILTER you will find all sessions currently available for registration. Sessions are listed by date, day(s) of the week and time of day that classes are offered. Choose which session it is that you want.
5 - Next simply click on correct class under the CLASS FILTER button if needed.
6 - You will then see a listing of the day or days that your class is offered at that location in that session. Click on the GREEN REGISTER button for the day of your choice. To the left of that REGISTER button you will see a session description.
7 - In the next stage please click ADD STUDENT to put in your swimmer's information or, if you have been with us before you can simply select your participant's name. Once you have entered that click CONTINUE. If you want to add another student to the same class click on ADD STUDENT and repeat the process. Once you are done here please click PLACE IN SHOPPING CART. Next, click PAY BY CREDIT CARD.
8 - Finally, complete payment and waiver sections and click PAY & SUBMIT.
NOTE: Once registered, if you wish to withdraw from the session you may do so up up to 10 days prior to the start of the session. This must be done in the form of an email to your respective head instructor and you must keep a confirmation of their reply. There will be a 10% administrative charge for withdrawing from classes at that time. After that time period elapses there will be no refund for withdrawal at any point in time. Payment is required at the time of registration. We will send out the class roster to everyone registered 2-3 days before classes begin so that everyone knows the exact time of their class and the name of their instructor. First day instructions will also be sent out at that time.
Canal Winchester, Grandview Heights, Jerome, Plain Township & Southern Point Participants: Although your registration confirmation email will come from Erin Harris (as it's system generated) PLEASE only contact Lori Ave, your pool's Head Instructor at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions as Erin will not be able to help you with anything as she will be handling 4-5 other pools. Only Lori should be contacted if you are at these listed locations. Thanks!
NOTE: Canal Winchester, Jerome & Southern Point swimming lessons are all set up as "waiting list" locations so that we can best form fit a schedule for those locations based on registrations once they are all received. Please do not interpret this as the locations/classes being closed. It is merely a way to insure that we can properly set up classes at these locations and so that we can properly charge the correct amounts once those payments are sent through (after we set up the schedule).
Did You Miss The Deadline For Online Registration? We will accept late registrations for any vacancies that exist within the schedule. Please contact your pool's Head Instructor to inquire about vacancies. Payment for late registrations must be made by check or money order (reminder - there will be a $5 per swimmer administrative fee for anyone paying by check or money order).
