YOUR INSTRUCTOR:

Coach Joyce has been teaching swim lessons for 18 years. She first started assistant teaching at the age of 13 in Kona with her mom Kathy Clarke and has continued teaching ever since. She's certifed in WSI, YMCA, Swim Lesson University,a USA Swimming certified and ASCA certified competitive swim coach, as well as a certified Masters swim coach. She is lifeguard/cpr/and first aid certified.

She has taught for Pure workout aquatic fitness, Aquatots 123, YMCA of Greater Houston, and Mililani Township. She has taken all programs she has worked for and all certifications she has undergone and uses the skills that work the most effectively to teach your child to swim in a small class and child centered environment. She loves teaching swimming and sharing her love of the water with the keiki here in Kailua Kona.
