All YMCA teams and coaches complete an annual YMCA Swimming registration. This is required for participation in any sanctioned YMCA meet. Please see the Safety Training Guide in the Coaches section for full explanations of each course/certification and the accepted training agencies.

Click on the Register Coaches & Teams Now button on the left side of the screen. Registration opened September 1, 2018 for the 2018-19 YMCA Swimming year. PLEASE complete the registration process as early as possible.
Team Registration: Complete all information fields. There is an annual registration fee of $50 per team. This is done by credit card only.
Team registration fees are paid online with a credit card at time of registration. This is the only payment option. Checks will no longer be accepted. This is a secure payment system linked through the Team Unify platform directly to the YMCA of the USA. An email will be sent that will include the payment information and a link to click on to print out the receipt. Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover.
Coach Registration: Enter the information for each coach and upload the required certifications. Be sure that the expiration dates on the certifications match the dates entered. All coaches need to be certified and registered, regardless of being full time, part time or volunteer and regardless of who or how many kids they coach. All certifications must be uploaded. including the "in water skills verification form" if you do not have lifeguarding. No paper or faxed copies.
DEADLINE: December 1, 2018 -OR- Prior to the entry deadline for any sanctioned YMCA meet - whichever is earlier. All teams and coaches must be registered in order to participate in any sanctioned YMCA meet.
