Adult Fitness

Adult Fitness:

Are you interested in improving your swimming technique, do you need more conditioning to your workout?  Here at Elite Aquatics Sports Team we have several programs that fall under our Adult Fitness that will help you to learn to swim more efficiently or improve your overall fitness, each one is described below:

Water Fitness:

Water fitness is offered one night a week at Esperanza High School and one afternoon in Placentia, each for 1 hour.  The program goal is to work on aerobics, endurance, and core body strengthening, concentrating on movement of arms and legs with water weights and kick boards.

Adult Swim Class:

These classes are offered Monday and Wednesday from 7-8pm at Esperanza High School.  This class is for beginner swimmers who “can swim”, but are interested in working on technique and endurance through increased yardage.  The goal of this class is to correct stroke technique, to learn to swim with more efficiency and is mainly for exercise only, not a competitive environment.
