EBAT Initial Team Fee per family:  $125

(due upon registration and then annually on Sep. 1)

Swim Group Information

Pre-Comp swimmers range in ages from 5-9 yrs. Old. They practice three days per week for 30 minutes.

Age Group 1 swimmers range in ages from 7-10 yrs. Old. They practice four days per week for 1 hour.

Age Group 2 swimmers range in ages from 9-13 yrs. old. They practice five days per week for 1.5 hours.

Senior swimmers’ ages range from 12 – college age. This group practices 5-7 times per week with daily dryland training focusing on short term and long term goals.


Family Fee Structure: To encourage whole family involvement, we have arranged our fee structure so that money can be saved by registering more than one child in a family. The training fees are paid in full for a family’s highest level athlete. The second swimmer’s fees are 80% of that child’s group, a third swimmer is 50% of that child’s group, and a fourth is free.


Quarterly Billing: You will be receiving a Team Unify invoice through email each quarter, or anytime an invoice is created. Please read this invoice anytime it is sent to you to avoid late fees. Quarterly dues are due on September 10th, December 1st, March 1st, and May 1st. Your payment is considered late if it is received after the 1st. A late fee of $5.00 will be charged if it is received after the 10th . If your child is present at a swim meet, practice, or team function, for one day or more of any month, you will be charged for that entire month. When registering, however, we will pro-rate the rest of the month when beginning after the month has started.


Auto-Pay: This is a feature that allows you to automatically pay your EBAT invoice as soon as the invoice is generated. Instructions for signing up for this feature will be sent out as your registration is completed. Instructions can be sent out by request at any time as will.


Team Fees: Because this is a non-profit organization, Team Fees (once known as fundraising) has been a component in our budgeting since our inception. These fees will be paid at the beginning of each quarter  ($125 per family for the initial quarter, then $100 for the following quarters). If there is a fundraiser, any amount raised will be credited to your account to take the place of Team Fees. As always, fundraising is spearheaded by the EBAT families. If you think you have a good idea for a fundraiser and would like to lead it, please let a coach or board member know.
