Welcome to the Dunsinane Dolphins Swim and Dive Team!  We are a summer swimming/diving program affiliated with the Suburban Swim Association (SSA) of the South Dayton area. 

The Dolphins practice at the Dunsinane Swim and Tennis Club in Centerville, OH.  We have a long history of success within the SSA in both swimming and diving. The Dolphins were SSA Champions from 2002 through 2015! 

Our practices run from 9:00-11:45am Monday-Friday and practice times will vary from group to group. For more information on practice times and our season schedule, check out the "Practice Schedule" and "Meet Schedule" items in the Swim Team Drop Down.
