The Life Time Mid-Atlantic Club Swim Team (LIFE) is affiliated with the Old Dominion Swim League (ODSL). LIFE based out of Life Time Athletic clubs in the Mid-Atlantic Region and include the Ashburn-Sterling site.

Please select the club location you are interested in for schedule, address, and map details. Each of our locations runs a practice schedule based on a variety of things including: Group Fitness Classes, School Schedules, and Pool Availability.**

Barracudas Practice Schedule 2019:

YELLOWSTRIPE: 9-10 AM; 5:30-6:30 PM 

SHARPFIN: 9-10 AM; 6:30-7:30 PM 

SAWTOOTH: 9-10 AM; 5:30-6:30 PM 

BLACKFIN: 9-10 AM; 6:30-8 PM 

**ALL practices are scheduled on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Wednesdays and Saturdays are reserved for swim meets**
