2019-2020 SHORT COURSE PRACTICE SCHEDULE

  • REGULAR SCHEDULE WILL START AS SOON AS T.K.STONE IS OPEN;
  • PRIOR TO THE START OF EACH SWIM PRACTICE, THERE IS A 15 MINUTE WARM UP/ACTIVATION SESSION;

(E.g. If your practice starts at 6:30pm, you need to be there at 6:15pm to do your warm up/activation).
