The Sea Lions Swim Team is a non-profit youth organization that is a member of USA Swimming, the state and national organization for competitive swimming. Our team has over 30 swimmers ranging in ages 7-18, all of whom have the opportunity to compete at local, state, regional, and national levels. These swimmers practice at Eisenschmidt Pool in St. Helens, OR.

The Sea Lions have annually had swimmers qualify for State meets, both at the age-group and High School State level. These same athletes become our local swim instructors for the swim lessons and life guards. In the classroom our athletes routinely finish in the top 20% of their classes.

Our program attracts parents and young children who can make a commitment to athletics and academics. We believe that our program teaches young children about setting goals and working to meet those goals through time management, self-discipline, attention prioritization, and the benefits  of competing. We host one swim meet, the Artman Invitational, per year in St. Helens that brings swimmers and their families from Portland, Hillsboro, Astoria and Seaside. This meet is traditionally held the second weekend of November.

We would like to provide an opportunity for your business to support the St. Helens Sea Lions by becoming a team sponsor. Not only will your business gain visibility, it will also gain recognition for it’s support of a high quality sports program that teaches valuable life skills.
