Practice Times for the 2018-2019 Season 

 

The Seals Swim Team offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of the Seals Swim Team to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities. *Swimmers will not change practices or swim with a different group that they were assigned. Swimmers should not free swim before practice and they can swim after practice. Please enjoy the pool and your friends.

MINI’s Group (Swimmers Ages 5-8)

This is our entry level group where your swimmer will learn the four competitive strokes, proper technique for starts, rotary breathing and practice drills.
 

Workout Days/Times:

Tuesdays: 6:00-7:00 pm

Thursday: 5:15-6:15 pm

Friday:  6:00-7:00 pm

 

 
 
 

 

 

Blue Seals Group  (Swimmers Ages 9-12)

Athletes in this group focus mainly on learning four legal competitive strokes, having fun, and perfecting start and turn technique.

Workout Days/Times:

Monday: 6:00-7:00 pm

Wednesday: 6:00-7:00 pm

Thursday: 7:00-8:00 pm

Friday:6:00-7:00 pm

 

** All swimmers will practice starts & turns on Friday Night from 6:45 pm to 7:15

 
   
 

 

  Red Seals

            Monday:7:00-8:30 pm

            Tuesday:7:00-8:30 pm

            Wednesday:7:00-8:30 pm

             Friday:6:45-8:30 pm

White Seals / High School Group (Swimmers Ages 13 and Up)

Athletes in this group are at least 13 years.  This group will be doing NO additional dryland  training.

Workout Days/Times:

Monday:6:20-6:50 pm (Strength Training) 7:00-8:50 pm (pool)

Tuesdays:6:20-6:50 pm (Strength Training) 7:00-8:30 pm (pool)

Wednesday:6:20-6:50 pm (Strength Training) 7:00-8:50 pm (pool)

Thursday:6:20-6:50 pm (Strength Training) 7:00-8:50 pm (pool)

Friday:6:45-8:30 pm

Sunday-11-1 pm- selected by Coach Mike
