Flexibility: In order to become a great swimmer one must have a great deal of flexibility.

If you constantly use the same muscle groups but fail to stretch before and after a workout, your muscles will tighten up. Now that school is out for summer, think about adding something new to your workout!

I suggest a yoga or pilates class. Yoga teaches you how to tune into your inner self. There are many other workout classes available. The main focus should be to work different muscle groups and STRETCH!
