Senior Group

 

Swimmers in this group are typically 13+ and fully dedicated to the sport of swimming.  Training will be conducted with the idea of 100% attendance.  Outside training will take place including yoga, weight lifting and body weight exercise, boxing, TRX training, and much more.  

Swimmers must commit to training through the year without breaks and must compete at their highest level(s) season ending championship meet(s).

Competition:
All Target Meet Competitions
One Meet per Month
All Championship Meets Assigned by Coach

 

Junior Group

 

Swimmers in this group range from 11-18 years and are training towards bettering their times and building up to become senior level swimmers.  This group is teaching you the process and will strive to get the swimmer to buy in and learn what they will need to know to be successful senior swimmers.

 

Training:
80% Practice Attendance
On Time for All Practices
Brings All Required Equipment to Practice Daily

All Target Meet Competitions
One Meet per Month
Highest Level Championship Meets

 

Advanced Age Group

 

Swimmers in this group are accomplished in the 200IM and 500Freestyle.  The typical age range in this group is 9-13 years old.  Swimmers will look to finish honing their technical skills that will prepare them for the extra work load of Junior/Senior training.

 

Training:
4-6 Practices per Week
On Time for All Practices
Brings All Required Equipment to Practice Daily

 

Competition:
One Meet per Month
Highest Level Championship Meet

 

Age Group

 

Swimmers are able to legally compete in the 100IM and 200Freestyle events.  This group typically has our widest age gap, from 7-13, as we have some younger swimmers and some swimmers who are new to the sport learning the same skills.  Typically older swimmers will quickly move out of this group given solid attendance.

3-4 Practices per Week
On Time for All Practices

Competition:
One Meet per Month
Highest Level Championship Meet

 

Novice

 

Swimmers have a mastery of freestyle and backstroke but might need some more work on breaststroke and butterfly.  These swimmers must be able to swim repeated 25s for a duration of 45 minutes.  Our youngest swimmers are six years old.

 

Training:
2 Practices per Week
On Time for All Practices
Brings All Required Equipment to Practice Daily
