Please fill out the below information to request any changes for your account or to indicate that one or more of your swimmers will be stopping. Please note that per our policy, all requests that are received by the 15th of the month will take effect for the next billing period (the 1st of the following month). All request received after the 15th of the month will not take effect until the second billing period following the request. (i.e. - request submitted on March 19th will not take effect until the May 1st billing)
