Sponsorship Letter

Diamond Level $1000+

• Sponsorship of a home swim meet (4 dates to choose from)
• Email announcement of sponsor to entire team
• Table at swim meet with your information, giveaways (non-food samples)​​​
• Sponsors information on back of Heat Winner Bag Tags
• Includes everything on Platinum, Gold and Silver Levels

Platinum Level $500-$999

• Individual sponsor banner displayed at all home meets (outdoor banner provided by sponsor, maximum size 2.5’x4’, metal grommets required)
• Sponsorship plaque to be handed out at banquet
• Two complimentary tickets to the end of season banquet
• Includes everything on Gold & Silver Levels

Gold Level $250-$499

• Sponsor’s name on back of team t-shirt
• Logo on team website www.southpointeswimteam.com with a clickable link to sponsor’s website.
• Announce sponsor name at least 3 times during all home meets
• Includes everything on Silver Level

Silver Level $100-$249

• Logo on team banner displayed at pool entrance.
• Flyer or coupon given to each swimmer (provided by sponsor, one piece, maximum size 8.5”x11”).
• Thank you email sent to entire team with all sponsors information listed.
