Pascal Molinard is the Aquatic Director at Campbell University and the Head Coach of the Campbell Women's Swim Team. A native of Martinique, Molinard received his M.Ed. from Northeast Louisiana University with an emphasis in exercise science. Molinard was an All-American swimmer in high school and college and a qualifier in the 1984 French Olympic Trials. He has over 25 years of aquatic experience with Red Cross Certifications as an instructor-trainer in water-safety and lifeguard training.
Age Group Head Coach
Montz Burckhardt is the Assistant Aquatic Director at Campbell University. Burckhardt holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Campbell. He has been the Head Age Group Coach for HCAC for nineteen years and active in swimming instruction for twenty four years. His experience includes basic to competitive instruction at both the age group and high school level.
Molly Dunbar is a native of Buies Creek, NC. She began swimming at the age of three and joined HCAC's club team at the age of four. She competed in the Junior Olympics at the ages of 9-14. She also attended North Carolina's select camp at the age of 10. Molly was captain of her high school swim team all four years and attended the region and state meets all four years as well. Molly is a graduate of Campbell University where she majored in Nursing.
Zachary Bagby is in his second season as an assistant coach for Harnett County Aquatic Club. Bagby brings 20 total years of swimming experience to the HCAC coaching staff. He is a former letterman at St. Andrews University and Limestone College, and was a NAIA national qualifier in the 200 fly, 400 IM and 400 free relay. Bagby is a graduate from St. Andrews with a B.S. in business administration with a minor in political science. Bagby is CPR/AED certified and a USA Certified coach.
