Coaches will instruct swimmers on stroke technique and on diving off the blocks. The clinics will focus on techniques to make the swimmers' strokes legal for meets, and will also practice flip turns with the 11 and ups; the younger swimmers will become more comfortable jumping/diving off the blocks and the older swimmers can work on their starting techniques.

The cost is $5 per a clinic payable in cash the day of the clinic. Please email [email protected] or [email protected] to register (or sign up down at practice) so we know the number of coaches to have on hand for each session.

 Coaches are available for private lessons.  Please contact them directly.
