SUMMER & AUG/FALL CLINIC PROGRAM INFORMATION
St. Petersburg Aquatics runs a variety of seasonal competitive swim programs for ages 5-18. These programs teach all four competitive strokes, starts, turns and finishes. The program goals are to create an appreciation and knowledge of competitive swimming in an enjoyable environment.
SUMMER SWIM LEAGUE PROGRAM:
The St. Petersburg Aquatics Summer Swim League program, run in conjunction with the City of St. Petersburg, is an introduction to competitive swimming for ages 5-18. The program begins in May at the following neighborhood pools: Childs Park, Fossil Park, Lake Vista, McLin, Northwest, Shore Acres and Walter Fuller. Practices are conducted Monday – Friday and there are weekly swim meets to prepare for the end of season City Championship Meet.
There is a registration day on Saturday, May 26 at each of the program sites from 12-2pm. You will also be able to sign up starting Tuesday, May 29 at the first day of practice.

The St. Petersburg Aquatics August Clinic is a post-summer swim league option for swimmers to continue their training at both North Shore & Walter Fuller pools. The clinic runs August 6 - August 31. Practices will be Monday - Friday from 5:30pm - 6:30pm and will teach stroke drills and techniques needed for the fall clinic and year-round team.
The St. Petersburg Aquatics Fall Clinic is a 2-month program running from September 4 - October 31 and will be at both the North Shore & Walter Fuller pools. Practices are held Monday - Friday from 5:30pm - 6:15pm and will continue to emphasize the stroke drills and techniques taught during the August Clinic. Swimmers are required to participate in all home meets.
