Practice groups are primarily broken up by age and ability, and, while coaches can recommend how many practices a swimmer attends each week, each swimmers individual goals will be the primary focus of our team. Swimmers and parents need to understand that in any sport, athletes results will depend on what the athlete puts into it......your attitude will always determine your altitude! The primary focus of STAC is to develop a program designed for individual achievement. Technique will be of utmost importance on our team.....efficiency and proper stroke mechanics over "garbage yards". We expect to have approximately 24 swimmers per practice group, with the exception of the senior practice group, which should encompass approximately 40 swimmers. Summer league swimming and high school swimming are encouraged by our coaches. We want our STAC swimmers to learn valuable life lessons while having FUN!
Spring & Summer swimming will be offered during the year in addition to the fall/winter season.
