Aqua Fit: Water Aerobic workout group that focuses on using resistance and buoyancy of the water to provide a low impact workout that is fun and effective. The class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, participants work to their ability level in the class. Aqua Fit work outs aim to improve all the components of fitness: muscular endurance and strength, body composition, aerobic capacity, flexibility or join mobility, and neuromuscular coordination.

Silver Splash: Water Aerobic class designed for older adults looking to remain active and improve; muscle strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and range of motion through water exercise. Participants work to their ability level in this class and there are no swimming skills required to participate.

Nutmeg Masters: This program is designed for individuals 18 and older interested in pursuing swimming in a fun, supportive, competitive environment. The goal of the Masters Swimming program is to improve the athletic performance through innovative workouts, oriented around aerobic development, speed and endurance work, and proper technique. While the program works towards improving individuals swims to compete at US Masters Competitions, swimmers of all abilities are encouraged to join. No expenses to tryout and all are welcome to!
Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM, and Saturday 6:00 AM - 7:30 AM
3 Month Seasons: Member $90, Non-Member $140
Annual (9 months): Member $250, Non-Member $400

Aqua Phobia: Any size fear can be overcome. Flexible scheduling, customized, at your pace. Instructor: Casey Sugarman, phobia expert. $60/hour. Call to set up an appointment!
Private Lessons: Are you new to swimming interested in learning for exercise purposes? Are you a tri-athlete looking to get some technical feedback and correction on your stroke? Whatever the case, we have a coach ready to help you meet your goals in the water. Private lessons are scheduled between the coach and the participant which allows for a lot of flexibility in setting up practice sessions. Lessons are typically conducted in the late evening during the week, and in the afternoon on the weekends.
Private Lesson: $30/person (5 lesson commitment minimum)
Semi-Private Lesson: $25/person (5 lesson commitment minimum)
