2017-18 REGISTRATION PROCESS

ALL SWIMMERS, NEW & RETURNING, MUST COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS

All new swimmers will need to do a quick evaluation at the pool to determine which group is appropriate. Evaluations are done Monday - Friday at 4:45 PM. A Team Membership representative is also available during that time to help with forms and other questions. Seasonal membership is available for Novice and Age-Group I swimmers and includes 3 practices per week. (Available days for Seasonal Membership is subject to limitation based on number of swimmers) High School membership is designed for high school swimmers participating in another sport or preparing for the high school season and includes 3 practices per week. Full Monthly Membership is available for all group levels and swimmers may come to as many practices as desired. To see the 2017-18 Fee Structure, Click Here .

THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, THERE ARE THREE OPTIONS TO REGISTER:

1) MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP (Available for ALL Groups):

First, Complete the Online Registration Process (Click Here). Second, download and complete a Medical Form ( Click Here). Third, complete USA Registration process. (See below)

2) SEASONAL MEMBERSHIP (Available for Novice & Age-Group I)

First, Download and Complete the Seasonal Registration Packet ( Click Here) and bring to pool with two checks payable to CLASS Aquatics (for the program) and SCS (for the USA Swimming Registration)

3) HIGH SCHOOL MEMBERSHIP (Available for High School Development)

First, Download and Complete the High School Registration Packet ( Click Here) and bring to pool with a check payable to CLASS Aquatics.

USA MEMBERSHIP ($66)

Beginning September 1st, members are able to register for 2017 USA Swimming membership. Membership is required for ALL swimmers regardless of whether they plan to swim in meets or not. It also acts as our insurance for the team. Click Here

PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED SWIMMERS

This year we will be renewing USA Swimming memberships electronically. This option is only available for swimmers that were previously registered with USA Swimming.

The team will turn in a single group of electronic registrations in mid October each year.  All returning swimmers that have submitted payment prior to that date will be included in that group of registrations. Payments may be submitting via check (payable to CLASS Aquatics) or via credit card or ACH. In order to have payment submitted to credit card or ACH, please have an auto-pay option on file in the team website and then send an email to classaquatics@aol.com requesting the USA Swimming fee to be charged to card. All other swimmers will need to complete a USA Swimming form and mail it with a check to Southern California Swimming.

NEW OR UNREGISTERED SWIMMERS

Returning swimmers not currently registered and new swimmers will need to complete a USA Swimming form and mail it with a check to Southern California Swimming. Proof of date of birth is also required for any new registrations. Forms must be filled out COMPLETELY including middle name. Name should be written as listed on birth certificate of passport.
